The Blue Shield project was extensive, comprising nine full floors of tenant improvements, including a café, first-floor reception area and gym.

When asked to take over the lighting design, McMillan Electric’s deep connections within the industry and a thorough understanding of the design vision allowed us to source materials that met or exceeded specifications. The result improved the client’s timeline and bottom line.

This comprehensive undertaking for Blue Shield included extensive upgrades to power distribution, UPS systems distribution, wireless lighting controls, mechanical and plumbing equipment connections, fire and life safety systems, signage, and metering.

Our pre-construction planning, pre-fabrication expertise, dedication to getting the job done right, and a focus on collaboration allowed us to overcome a tight schedule and deliver on our commitment to client satisfaction.
